Holidays and Special Events are ALL at In Season Rates, unless specified otherwise. Cancellation, for any reason, forfeits deposit. A Minimum Stay will be required.
Deposits – A 50% deposit is required for ALL reservations. The reservation is not guaranteed without a deposit. We also now have a $100 refundable deposit that is due at booking and placed on a credit card. Upon departure after the room has been inspected, this deposit will be credited to the credit card.
Cancellation – A 60 day advance notice of cancellation is required for return of a deposit. Less than 60 days will result in forfeiture of any deposit. Deposits for holidays and special events are non-refundable.
