Our amenities at "Breezes" are:
Full Service Liquor Store (hours vary by season)
Coin-Op Laundry (9 am - 9 PM)
Ocean Front Restaurant (serving from 11:30 until 10 PM)
Tiki Bar (closing sometime after 10pm)
Self Service Fishing Pier (24 hours)
Guest privileges at "Cabana Club" (available to registered
guests only).
The Cabana Club is a private, members' only club (open from 10 am until 7 PM everyday except Monday 10 am - 5 PM). It offers a heated / cooled pool, private beach, game room, full service cocktail bar, and snack bar / gift shop (Pool towels are available if you do not have your own).
Policies:
There is a $25.00 charge for room keys not returned to the office upon check out.
Noise should be kept to a minimum from 10 PM to 10 am.
We do ask that "Breezes" items are not taken out of your suite (except to launder).
We do not provide laundry or maid service during your stay, unless those arrangements have been made with the office.
Please dispose of full trash bags in exterior trash cans or the dumpster in the parking area.
Please use the fish cleaning station on the pier, if you have a "keeper"
There is no outdoor cooking permitted.
Please keep hallways and walkways clear at all times. No outdoor or hallway storage
No food or beverages may be brought into the Restaurant, Tiki Bar or "Cabana Club".
Before departure please rinse all dishes and collect trash.
Deposits - A 50% deposit is required for ALL reservations. The reservation is not guaranteed without a deposit. We also now have a $100 refundable deposit that is due at booking and placed on a credit card. Upon departure after the room has been inspected, this deposit will be credited to the credit card.
Cancellation - A 60 day advance notice of cancellation is required for return of a deposit. Less than 60 days will result in forfeiture of any deposit. Deposits for holidays and special events are non-refundable.
Group Reservations:
Group rates are offered to those individuals who are arranging function/s at the Cabana Breezes. We can accommodate a maximum of fifteen persons in our suites. To receive the group rate all five units must be reserved as a whole, individuals may pay for rooms at check-in. Group rate is not available for monthly rates.
The group rate is a 20% discount off our published rates. There is a $500.00 advance deposit ($100.00 per unit) which is credited to head of group's stay (balance refunded at departure, if existing). The deposit is due at the time of booking the suites. There is a 14 day advance notice for cancellation. Less than fourteen days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit for each room. There are no hidden fees.
All reservations should be in the form of a "rooming list" and include the names of each person and their unit # as well as the arrival and departure dates.
