"BASIC MEMBERSHIP" DEFINITION AND EXPLANATION

1. A membership is assigned to a physical address as shown on the membership application.

NOTE: A duplex or upstairs/down stairs separate living unit constitute two addresses thus a membership would only cover one address.

2. Memberships used as a family unit require that names of all members be registered with the Club.

3. Guests visiting from out-o f-town (over 30 miles distance), who are residing or staying over-night, either permanently or temporarily at the membership address may use the Club facilities.

Note: Guests must be properly Introduced to the Club management either personally by a member or by a club pass completed by the member or realtor responsible for managing the property.

4. Persons from out of town (over 30 miles distance), who are residing either temporarily or permanently at a membership address on a rental basis, are considered guests of the club and enjoy the same basic privileges as a owner/member during regular business hours. (Ancillary programs may require additional fees.) All rental guests must be registered in the office with a pass signed by the owner/member or the designated property manager on file.

5. Memberships are transferable only upon sale of property and with approval of the Cabana Club membership committee.

6. Membership dues are billed annually approximately 30 days prior to the membership anniversary date. The anniversary date is the effective date requested by the member upon purchasing the membership. Early payment discounts are offered on renewal memberships only if payment is received In the office prior to the anniversary date. It is the sole responsibility of the member to insure the membership payment is received prior to the anniversary date for the discount to apply. No exceptions will be made. if the annual dues have not been received within 10 days after the anniversary date the Cabana Club will assume the membership Is being cancelled unless they have been notified otherwise.

7. Any attempt to circumvent the above regulations will result in cancellation of the membership without refund.

8. In the event of a natural disaster, any time period during which the Cabana Club has to close for repairs is a non-refundable time period.
