Note to Vacationers: A Guest Pass MUST be submitted to our office upon or before your arrival to the Cabana Club, make sure your rental agent/property manger provides you with this pass or contacts us prior to your entry to the club.
Membership Explanation
Our memberships are assigned to a residential address (A duplex constitutes two addresses thus a membership covers one-half duplex only.)
Renters and overnight guests who are residing, at the membership address
may use the Club facilities at no additional charge with "Guest Privileges"
and may enjoy the same privileges as a owner/member during regular business
hours.
(Ancillary programs may require additional fees)
"Guest Privileges" are only available to individuals who are residing at the membership address and do not live within 30 miles distance of our facility. Anyone, not residing at the membership address (and/or) that lives within 30 miles distance, only qualify to use Club facilities as a member upon payment of established daily fees.
Any attempt to circumvent the membership regulations OR repeated violation of HOUSE RULES will result in immediate forfeiture of "Guest Privileges" and may result in cancellation of the membership without refund.
Additional Note: Those renting multiple residences; each rental must have its own membership for ANY of the vacationers to be eligible "Guest Privileges" at the Cabana Club.
REGISTRATION
All members and guests are REQUIRED to register (sign in) at the office by first and last name and membership card number or local address, each day they attend.
Guests must be introduced personally by a member or a Cabana Club Pass signed by the owner or designated agent.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. *
Baby sitters may bring a member's child to the Club by special arrangement with the management.
ATTIRE
Proper beach attire is required at all times.
MINORS
No one under 21 years of age may sit at the bar and no one under 21 years of age will be served alcoholic beverages.
Proper, legal picture ID is required to serve alcohol to younger adults. *
Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and their children's guests, as well as charges for food and beverages.
No one under 16 years if age is permitted in the Jacuzzi/spa.
ALL BABIES MUST BE PROPERLY DIAPERED. *
No running, pushing, horseplay, etc., in or out of the pool.
The game "MARCO POLO" is not permitted
No diving in the shallow end of the pool.
Safety and Courtesy Rule: No flotation devices (rafts, rings, noodles, etc.) or Frisbees, balls, etc. are permitted in the pool. Please feel free to use these items in the ocean.
The exceptions to this rule are: exercise class items and safety items for infants and young children.
BEVERAGE & FOOD
ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD AND OR BEVERAGE MAYBE
BROUGHT INTO THE CLUB.
Only food and beverage purchased from the Club may be consumed on the premises; including the beach area and parking area,
CONDUCT
Due to our many family members, anyone using foul and/or abusive language or behavior, will be asked to leave. Please use ashtrays for disposal of cigarettes.
GENERAL
Members are not permitted behind bar or snack bar.
In house charge accounts will have a minimum gratuity of 17% added to all food and beverage purchases.
LOUNGE CHAIRS MAY NOT BE RESERVED. USER MUST BE IN THE CLUB.
Furniture may not be moved from the pool area to the beach.
Do not take lounges from motel next door.
Bicycles, skates, skateboards & rollerblades are not permitted inside the Club. Bicycle parking is adjacent to the parking lot in front of the cocktail lounge area.
Return all lounge chairs on the beach to the fence area before leaving. This will facilitate beach cleaning. Thank you for your cooperation.
Radios or tape players permitted ONLY with headset.
No animals of any kind are permitted on Club premises. *
Gambling is not allowed *
No glass items are permitted in the Club.
NO JET SKIS OR BOATS MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE SWIMMING AREA.
